You are worth it! You have to tell yourself everyday! You are worth eating healthy and taking 30 minutes for yourself to exercise everyday. Not only will you feel better, but your mood will improve as well. I say this as I sit drenched in sweat (yeah, sexy I know) from Jillian's Shred it with Weights level 2 with using a 15 lb kettlebell 90% of the workout. I am worth eating healthy, which means cutting back on eating out or at least being picky about what "fast food" I do choose. I normally try to stick with Panara, Chipotle, Panda Express, or on occasion In & Out or Popeye's. I try to stay away from McDonald's and I can't remember the last time I ate at Burger King. If you think about it, most of the time you can come home and whip up something quickly that is a lot healthier, not to mention cheaper than fast food. For instance, you could eat an omelet for dinner, or something else that is just as quick. One thing I have learned is that being healthy is a conscious choice and effort. Even if you are busy, you can do it if you want to. The key is wanting to, just like it is with anything else. I feel so much better now than I did even in my early 20's, and not to mention, I am in much better shape. I don't want to ever go back to how I used to be. So with all my rambling, moral of the story, no matter how busy you think you are, YOU ARE WORTH IT, to take out a few minutes for yourself...so, what are you waiting for?!
