Ingredients:
- Strawberries (I did 24)
- 1-2 cups of Semisweet chocolate chips
- Ziplock bag
- Melon baller
- Wash and take the stems off the strawberries.
- Use the melon baller to scoop out the middle of the strawberries (I saved the middle--I'm thinking sangria).
- Stand the strawberries up in a cupcake pan or egg carton that has been washed.
- Pour 1-2 cups of chocolate chips in a ziplock bag. Microwave on 50% power or defrost setting in 30 minute intervals, smashing the bag in between, until the chocolate is melted.
- Cut off an end of the ziplock bag and squeeze the chocolate into the strawberries.
- Place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate sets...ENJOY!
