Jalapeno Popper Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups onion, chopped
- 2/3 cups jalapenos, diced
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 3 1/3 cups chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
- 14 ounces corn, undrained
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2/3 cups bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cups shredded pepper jack cheese (for serving day)
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker except cream cheese and bacon
2. Stir in cream cheese and bacon and cook for another 30 minutes.
3. Serve topped with cheese
