Friday, I met my husband out in town (with the boys), we were looking for something. One store didn't have what we were looking for, so we went to another store. My husband and the boys went to the second store ahead of me since I needed to swing by work to see if I could find something. So they ate at the food court and searched for the item. Well, they didn't have it either, so off to home we go. Well, I still hadn't eaten so I decided to pick up In & Out on the way home. However to cut calories; one, I didn't get the spread, I got mustard instead; two, I didn't eat but half the fries; three, I cut the burger in half and stacked it on top of itself taking of the crown of the bun. It sounds crazy, but just doing those three things saved me so many calories. Oh yeah, I don't drink my calories, so I got a diet coke. There are people totally against diet drinks, and I don't drink many, but sometimes I drink one. But, to each is own.
Today was the championships so my husband made ribs in the crock pot and they were good. Again, people think that you can't eat certain foods when you "diet", but remember, it isn't a diet, but a lifestyle. So just watch your portions, remember, everything in moderation...
