I had to laugh when I saw this commercial. Duh! Potatoes (which are what french fries are) don't have that many calories or fat. It is when you fry them that you add the extra calories and fat. Which leads me to the reason for my post. I had a long day today, my husband is gone tonight, so I wanted something super easy for dinner, so I threw wings and fries in the oven and voila I was done. It was quick, easy, good, and I don't have any regret. When the fires come out of the oven (follow baking instructions on the bag), you can sprinkle them with seasoning salt or ranch seasoning for some new flavors.

My husband isn't gong to be home tonight, so I get to make something easy for the boys and did some experimenting for me. I made the boys homemade bagel bites. With my oldest being on the autism spectrum, I try to make as much at home as I can to eliminate as much dyes, processed foods, chemicals, etc. It seems to make a difference. I made myself a large portabella mushroom with alfredo sauce, spinach, red onion, shrimp, and Italian cheese blend. It was so yummy, but I can't think of a name, so please help!
